This dude's mugshot is getting slated due to his insanely huge neck!
I’ve seen some weird looking mugshots but none are quite as bizarre as this dude who has recently gone viral for obvious reasons. Charles Dion McDowell was arrested for possession of meth, cocaine and marijuana, and for fleeing police but it’s not his charges that has everybody trippin - it’s his thick neck!
Obviously the good people of the internet weren’t going to let a good joke go to waste so here are some of the best neck-based jokes I came across.

Brutal but brilliant! I’d love to know the reason why his neck is so big. It could be a massive tumour or something, which would make it slightly less funny. Hopefully one of his mates will see this and clear a few things up for us.
