Dude totally transorms his 'dad bod' in just 12 weeks!
I've heard of people going from flabby to ripped in a year but 12-weeks? Cor blimey, that's a short amount of time to completely transform yourself. This father-of-three was so sick of his wobbly belly and bingo wings that he decided to do something about it. He stopped eating junk food and started eating chicken with vegetables and began weight training daily. What an inspiration!
