The official trailer for 'Tomb Raider' is finally here!
The official trailer for Tomb Raider dropped today and Alicia Vikander’s debut as Lara Croft is making fans of the game a little overexcited.
Tomb Raider is a reboot of the film franchise that starred Angeline Jolie as Lara, which lets face it, was pretty piss-poor and her British accent was terrible. In this version, Lara sets off on her adventure as ordered by her dead father, who left her a message before he died. On her way to a mysterious tomb called Mother of Death, her ship wrecks, and she finds herself stuck on an island with a bunch of very angry inhabitants. Check out the trailer:
I think Alicia Vikander is a great choice as Lara. She's not some porny, over-the-top version like Ange which I think will make for a way better film. Plus she can actually act! Tomb Raider is due to hit cinemas on 16th March 2018.
