Experts say eating pizza for breakfast is better for you than cereal!
What could be better than discovering that eating pizza is actually a healthier breakfast than cereal. Yup, you read that right. Chuck out those cornflakes and pack your fridge out with Goodfella's pizza instead!
Nutritionist Chelsea Amer, claimed that there are actually more calories in a bowl in cereal than in pizza. Here's what Chelsea had to say:
You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories.However, pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning.
I'm assuming that you should only allow yourself one slice of pizza to reap the benefits, and not an entire Domino's meat feast. Regardless, it's still pretty good news, especially for those days where you're feeling a little delicate and hungover from the night before. Now you can eat pizza totally guilt free! Win win!
