You can now bid on the only Threatin t-shirt in existence
Just as I thought the whole Threatin saga was dying down a bit, a new story pops up, much to my delight. If you missed last weeks events then you won't have heard about Jared Threatin booking his fake band on a European tour and playing to an empty room because their fake booking agent sold zero tickets.
However, It seems like Threatin's risky stunt paid off as the once unheard of band is now being mentioned all around the world. Albeit for the wrong reasons but hey - all publicity is good publicity right? Although it doesn't seem like old Jered is taking advantage of his new found fame, as he's gone as taken down all his social media accounts and shut down his website, meaning that you can’t order Threaten merchandise anywhere. What a pleb! The dude could be making a killing.
Apparently, Jered is now saying the whole thing was some kind of social experiment but I don't know if I believe that. He might be saying that to get out of some form of legal action. Anyway, back to the merchandise - There is one lucky person is existence who own a Threatin t-shirt and she has decided to auction it off to the highest bidder. The woman's name is Mel and she ended up buying the shirt after she saw him in Manchester and felt sorry for him.
I mean yeah, that's always a good reason to buy a band's merchandise - pity.
