Six men in court after flinging poo at each other on a train & hitting woman with it
A group of men have appeared in court after being charged with stripping off on a train and throwing actual shit at other which then hit a female passenger. Honestly, you can’t make this stuff up.
The group of six lads who were travelling from Bath Spa station, appeared to take the term ‘for shits and giggles’ a bit too literally that day. They apparently 'defecated in a public area on the train, before throwing that faeces around and hitting a female passenger' with it. Nice.
Each one of them later appeared at Swindon Crown Court and were all charged with performing an act of outraging public decency while travelling on the train. Outraging public decency is a common law charge that carries an unlimited prison sentence or unlimited fine.
The charges also refer to the groups public chat about their sexual conquests all within earshot of other passengers. Plus let’s also not forget about them stripping off and swearing whilst lobbing turds around. Oh yeah, and they also asked other passengers to get their kit off too. What a bunch a fuckwits! I just imagine them to be a bunch of private school toffs who will go on to be politicians one day.
