MTV's new show 'Ghosted' slammed for promoting stalking
There’s a new MTV show coming out that has been causing quite the stir recently and after the battering the trailer has received from viewers, I’d be surprised if it even gets released at all. The show is called Ghosted: Love Gone Missing and claims to help people who have been 'ghosted' track down the people who ghosted them. If you’re still living in the 90s and have no idea what the term ‘ghosting’ means, it’s basically just someone ignoring all your texts and calls until you go away. The premise of the show sounds entertaining, but people are worried that it will encourage stalking and for once I’m inclined to agree.

Hosted by presenters Rachel Lindsay and Travis Mills, this series aims to help 'distraught individuals track down and confront former lovers, family members or friends, all in an effort to get to the bottom of why these people suddenly disappeared'. The show is being compared to Catfish where presenters expose people who have pretended to be somebody else but Ghosted is way more murky. Take a look at the trailer:
Surely if a person has decided to suddenly stop talking to you, there’s a reason being it and you need to respect that person’s wishes. Yup, that pretty much nails it! On a selfish note. I hope it comes out because that shit looks entertaining as fuck because it’s happening to other people and not me. HA MTV’s Ghosted: Love Gone Missing will premiere on September 10th at 9pm
