Haha! Someone sprayed Messi graffiti on Cristiano Ronaldo's statue!
The Real Madrid forward must be fuming! First he loses his Ballon D'Or title to the Barcelona man, then a couple of days later his statue at the 'Cristiano Ronaldo museum (yep, that's a thing, he built it himself) on the Portuguese island of Madeira gets defaced in the worst possible way.
Luckily, his sister Katia Aveiro was on hand to keep things in perspective.

Which roughly translates as: 'My beautiful island, regrettably, is still inhabited by some frustrated savages who deserve to live in Syria, between people that show no respect and hold no value for life in society.
'I apologise for the ones who live the sadness of war, but I believe some people don’t belong on the land they live in.'
