These simple tips can help you manage anxiety

Anxiety is a word we use to describe feelings of unease, worry or fear. Over recent years it's a word that has been thrown around like a hipster throws around his vintage leather messenger bag. It's a tough one to spot and in most cases, it's just a way of some 19 year old rich kid to seek attention.

However, there are people who genuinely suffer from anxiety; it can be brought on by anything from attending a job interview, moving home, getting divorced, a whole host of reasons. It can cause the sufferer to fixate and stress over certain tasks, find it hard to eat or sleep and it can even trigger panic attacks.

With life being so busy and chaotic, more and more people are suffering from the crippling feeling of anxiety but you'll be pleased to know there are a few simple exercises that can help you manage it.

I would also totally recommend 10 minutes a day of meditating. I know I sound like a bit of a nut ball but it's seriously relaxing. I'm not an anxious person but I'm definitely an angry and stressy person and meditating really helped me not snap at people as much, and just feel a bit more zen.
