Watching fit birds working out is the perfect motivation
This isn't going to be some long ass editorial but it's fit girls wearing bikinis and working up a sweat. It'll certainly get the blood pumping on this freezing cold morning. It was so cold when I took my dog out this morning that his shit was frozen to the ground. WTF! I apologise for the fecal talk, at least I've not posted pics of it!
