I've seen hot older women before but none as hot or as youthful as Liu Yelin from China. The mother of one rarely wears makeup and has a body that would make women half her age jealous.
She doesn't have a wrinkle in sight and her toned stomach certainly doesn't look like it's ever housed a child. Liu says that the secret to her youthful appearance is all down to regular exercise. She swims in the lake and also does weight training daily. Last year, she swam from the shores of Penang, Malaysia to the Strait of Malacca – that’s a whopping 7.45 miles in just 4 hours! Damn, this woman is incredible.
