Elon Musk reckons he's off to live on Mars
Because of course he is.
Gonna hop in one of his SpaceX rockets and probably not come back.

In a recent interview with HBO he claimed that there's a 70% chance he'll make the trip, but with technological limitations being what they are, he might have to stay and work “non-stop to build the base”, with “not much time for leisure."
Poor sausage. But go on... "And even after doing all this, it’s a very harsh environment. So … there’s a good chance you die there. We think you can come back but we’re not sure. Now, does that sound like an escape hatch for rich people?”
It does not. Explorers gonna explore though, aren't they?
Man like Shackleton; "Really the ad for going to Mars would be like Shackleton’s ad for going to the Antarctic. It’s gonna be hard. There’s a good chance of death, going in a little can through deep space," or your Everest lads; "There’s lots of people who climb mountains. People die on Mount Everest all the time. They like doing it for the challenge" - total kindred spirits. Hundo percent.
Except Musk is gonna be doing it in space. Which, needless to say, automatically makes him the coolest and most bad-ass.
